  • Our commitment: fix the issue through parts, repair, or replacement—at our discretion

What this warranty actually covers

If your product shows a defect in materials or workmanship during normal, intended use within one year of purchase, we’ll make it right. Before we decide on a remedy, we may request a brief evaluation, which can include returning the item for inspection.

Possible remedies (we choose the best fit)

  1. Ship replacement components with instructions

  2. Repair the item

  3. Replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equal or better performance

Boundaries of the warranty

This policy doesn’t apply to: routine wear items (tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, bulbs, batteries beyond normal life), cosmetic marks, damage from misuse/abuse/neglect, incorrect assembly or maintenance, accidents or environmental exposure (water, heat, chemicals, corrosion, dust), unapproved modifications/repairs, altered or missing serials, purchases from unauthorized or second-hand sources, or issues after the carrier marks the package delivered (those are carrier claims).

Shipping costs during a claim

  • First 30 days after delivery: if we confirm a covered defect, we typically cover reasonable shipping tied to the remedy we select.

  • After 30 days: you may pay to send items/parts to us; approved warranty repairs/replacements are shipped back to you at our expense.

How to start a claim

  • Order number & purchase date

  • Product name/SKU

  • A brief description plus clear photos or a short video of the issue

Please wait for our instructions and an RMA (if needed). Unapproved returns may be refused.

Legal notes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim other warranties (including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). Our total liability will not exceed the price you paid. Some states do not allow certain limitations; those limits may not apply to you. This warranty grants specific rights that may vary by state.
